Be the voice and heart of Number One Lights in Diamond Valley. As our Customer Experience Lead you'll own every touchpoint, from the first inquiry about permanent lights, soffit lighting, or permanent Christmas lights to post install follow up. You'll coordinate schedules, answer questions, manage reviews, and make sure every homeowner feels like our only customer. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, genuinely loves helping people, and wants to grow with a fast moving local company.

What You'll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries including phone, email, and social media
  • Coordinate install schedules between customers and the crew
  • Guide homeowners through the quoting and booking process
  • Follow up after every install to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Manage and respond to Google reviews and online feedback
  • Maintain CRM records and keep customer files organized
  • Identify upsell and referral opportunities through genuine relationship-building
  • Support the team with light admin tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 1Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 2Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • 3Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • 4Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and social media
  • 5Self starter who can work independently and manage priorities

  • 7Familiarity with Diamond Valley and the local market is a plus
