Lead our install crew in Irricana and own every job from truck to handshake. As Crew Lead you'll run the day to day on site, planning layouts, coaching installers, and ensuring every permanent outdoor LED lighting install meets our standard. You'll be the one homeowners remember. If you've got trade experience, natural leadership, and take pride in delivering flawless soffit lighting, exterior house lights, and permanent Christmas lights installs, this is your role.

What You'll Do

Lead residential and commercial installs of Gen 3 permanent LED lighting systems from start to finish
Plan and execute lighting layouts based on design specs and site conditions
Train, mentor, and manage crew members on site. Set the standard for quality and safety
Ensure every install meets electrical code, company quality standards, and customer expectations
Communicate directly with homeowners on install day to deliver a white glove experience
Manage materials and tools inventory for your crew
Conduct post-install walkthroughs, testing, and app setup with the customer
Report job progress, issues, and feedback to the owner
Enforce safety protocols including ladders, lifts, fall protection, and PPE

What We're Looking For

13+ years experience in exterior installations (lighting, siding, roofing, electrical, or similar trades)
2Proven experience leading a crew of 2 to 5 people on job sites
3Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
4Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Your work is your signature
5Excellent communication skills with both crew and customers
6Valid driver's license and clean driving record
7Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
8Experience with low voltage LED systems or smart home installs is a strong asset
9First Aid certification is a plus
