No - you do not need to be home. If you are away, we do a virtual app walkthrough via screen share so you are fully set up.

You do not need to be home during or after the install. If you are not home after the install, we will do a virtual setup using screen share technology to walk you through the app as if we were in person.

If you are not home after the install, we schedule a screen share session to walk you through the GOULY app remotely.

The virtual session covers everything the in-person onboarding does: patterns, schedules, zones, voice assistant setup.

Access requirements

We need access to the exterior of your home and the outlet location (usually garage). A lockbox or code for garage access works.

Post-install verification

We test the full system and send you photos/video of the completed installation before we leave.
