What the 5-year warranty covers

Your permanent lighting investment is protected. Here is exactly what is covered and what to expect.

LED modules

Individual LED puck failures due to manufacturing defects are covered. If a light stops working within 5 years, it is replaced.

Control box

The certified control hardware is covered for defects in materials and workmanship for the full 5-year period.

Track and mounting

The aluminium hat track and mounting hardware are covered against manufacturing defects and premature material failure.

Wiring harness

The low-voltage wiring between the control box and LED modules is included in warranty coverage.

Manufacturer backing

The warranty is backed by GOULY - a company with 15+ years in business. They will be around to honour it.

Simple claims process
