What GOULY actually makes
Most outdoor LED products are assembled from parts that never met before they reached your roofline: one company's controller, another's LEDs, and a white-label app shared across dozens of brands. GOULY builds all four pieces itself, which is the reason the system behaves predictably after a firmware update instead of dropping offline.
The LED modules
24V RGBW pucks, three LEDs per module, set into colour-matched aluminum track so the hardware disappears against the fascia in daylight. Each module is individually addressable, which is why a single dark section is a serviceable repair rather than a whole-run replacement.
How the system is builtThe certified control box
The controller is C-UL listed and built to UL 2108 and CSA C22.2. That certification is what an electrical inspector looks for. An uncertified box on a permanent install will fail inspection, which is the single most common problem we get called out to fix.

What is GOULY?
GOULY is the manufacturer of the permanent outdoor lighting system we install. They design and supply the whole platform: the 24V RGBW LED modules, the aluminum track, the certified control box, the firmware and the mobile app. They have been refining the platform since 2011 with input from professional installers.
Are GOULY lights any good?
The strength of the system is that one manufacturer builds every part, so the app, firmware and hardware are updated together. In practice that means fewer of the connection and pairing failures that plague generic LED controllers running white-label apps. You can read what our customers say on our reviews page.
Can I buy GOULY lights and install them myself?
GOULY supplies through certified installers rather than retail. The control box also has to be wired and inspected to code, and an uncertified or improperly installed box will fail electrical inspection. We are a GOULY certified installer and handle supply, install and warranty as one job.
Why does my GOULY app keep disconnecting?
Almost always a weak 2.4 GHz signal at the control box. The controller cannot join a 5 GHz-only band, so confirm your phone and controller are on the same 2.4 GHz network, and add a Wi-Fi extender near the box if it sits far from the router. Our troubleshooting page walks through the rest.
What does a GOULY install cost?
It depends on the linear footage of your roofline and how much of the house you light. We quote from photos or a virtual walkthrough so you get a real number rather than a range, and there is no charge for the quote.
