RGBW+W colour technology
Each Gen 3 LED puck contains 5 separate light sources: Red, Green, Blue, Warm White, and Cool White. This is fundamentally different from RGB-only LEDs that try to fake white light by mixing colours.
Red, Green, Blue, Warm White, and Cool White diodes in every single puck. The warm and cool white channels produce clean, natural white light. RGB-only competitors produce a bluish, muddy white by mixing all three colour channels at full power.
8-bit control per RGBW channel gives 256 brightness levels per colour. The math: 256 x 256 x 256 = 16.7 million distinct RGB combinations, plus independent warm and cool white mixing. Every shade, tint, and saturation is available.
The dedicated white channels can produce anything from candlelight amber (2700K) to crisp daylight (6500K). This is what you will use most nights for everyday curb appeal. RGB-mixed white cannot match this quality.
Every single puck is individually addressable at the pixel level through the GOULY app. One puck can display warm white while the adjacent puck shows red. This enables detailed scenes, smooth colour transitions, and zone effects.
Flames red, Oilers blue, Stampeders red and white, Roughnecks colours, Hitmen colours. Set them with one tap before game time, or trigger them with Alexa: 'Turn on Flames lights.'
